SHIPPING & RETURNS

For hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items. We also DO NOT refund unwanted items even if you have changed your mind.

If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty we will of exchange or refund this for you (subject to our policy).You must notify us by email of any damaged or faulty items received within 7 days. 

Once we have shipped your order you will be provided with tracking details, after we have shipped the order it is your responsibility to chase if there is any unexpected delays. We are not responsible for the parcel once it has left us.

HBB Products is not responsible for any custom charges. Orders outside the UK may experience custom charges and delays so please be aware of this before ordering as we will not refund your order due to an unexpected customs charge. If you order outside the UK please note that parcels can get stuck in customs, this is completely out of our hands, if your order is stuck in customs it is your responsibility to call the shipping company using the tracking details we have provided. HBB Products is not responsible for chasing tracking details.

If you have ordered and not picked up from the post office so the order has been sent back to us, you will have to cover the costs for the order to be sent again. HBB Products is not responsible for re-delivery charges.

 

Please note; Our lashes are individually handmade, this means each one can be slightly different. This is not a fault but part of the unique lash designs of individual hair by our supplier.

 

All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase. If this is not provided then we will not be able to go ahead with the return.

 

Refunds 

Once we have received your return we will notify you by email, this will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your card, within a few days. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund please check your bank account again. All enquiries regarding missing refunds should be sent to us at sales@hbbproducts.co.uk

 

Exchanges

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email at sales@hbbproducts.co.uk and send your item to:

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. 

For any returns the items remain your responsibility until they reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that you trust. Any delivery charges incurred by HBB Products will be charged back to you.

 

HBB Products does not pay for returns postage unless we have sent the incorrect item.
